Have you ever checked items that you did not agree to when buying something or creating an account for a service?
Uncheck X returns checkboxes and radio buttons that are selected by default on a Web site to the deselected state. This reduces the need to uncheck checkboxes and radio buttons that have been added without your permission.
You will no longer receive the newsletter any time soon.

This extension has the following features

Toolbar Buttons

You can turn the Uncheck X extension on and off by clicking or tapping the button on the toolbar. Uncheck X also works with input forms, so please use it for that purpose.

Click the icon on the toolbar

There is an icon on the Safari toolbar. You can turn this extension on and off by clicking on this icon.

Toolbar button display and extension status

If the extension is on, a doughnut-shaped icon is displayed. If the extension is off, a circular icon is displayed.

Siri and Shortcuts

Adding Uncheck X actions to shortcut app shortcuts allows for a more efficient workflow.
You can also turn the Uncheck X extension on and off by talking to Siri.

Turn on/off Uncheck X extension from Siri

It can be turned on and off with the following words

  • "Turn off Uncheck X"
  • "Turn on Uncheck X"

Add Uncheck X action to shortcut app

  1. Add a new shortcut from the shortcut application.
  2. From Actions in Uncheck X, select the action you wish to add to the shortcut and add it by drag-and-drop.
  3. If the action has a setting item, tap to select the item.
